Our client is a leading logistics company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

1. Develop the business growth plan for the department/division.

  • Create a business development plan for the department/division based on the companys/branch s strategy and market needs: including market development and expansion plans revenue and profit goals and methods to achieve them.

  • Shape and organize the classification of customer groups and potential markets and support subordinates in planning and implementation according to the plan.

  • Develop a manpower plan for the department allocating resources based on market/customer strategy.

2. Build and strengthen relationships with customers.

  • Maintain and develop existing partnerships and customer relationships and find ways to attract potential customers.

  • Coordinate and manage marketing activities market expansion potential customers and sales to increase profits with the Marketing Department Business Development Department or other departments.

  • Handle customer complaints.

  • Organize and control customer care mechanisms and policies.

3. Coordinate and implement business activities for the responsible department/division:

  • Build and strengthen sales and postsales customer care processes. Support the sales team in managing and caring for customers.

  • Allocate business targets to subordinates support the team in market expansion implement methods to find potential customers and maintain/develop profits from current customers.

  • Manage contracts: Negotiate sign and manage contracts with customers and partners. Ensure compliance with terms and conditions while ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Evaluate branch business activities propose improvement measures and make adjustments as needed.

  • Report periodically on business activities coordinate with the Operations Department to ensure the branch s overall targets are met.

  • Be accountable to the Executive Board for the OKR targets of the responsible business department/division.

Requirements

  • Experience (Kinh nghi m):

    • For Supervisory Level: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Business Director or equivalent position at companies/corporations of similar scale. Experience in the logistics industry is required.
