Salary Package:
- Base Salary: 1100 EUR (* 14 month) 15400 EUR per annum
- Complexity Bonus: 135 EUR (*11 months) 1485 EUR per annum
- Meal Allowance (net): 7.23 EUR per day 190872 EUR per annum
- Transport Allowance: 20 EUR per month 240 EUR per annum
- Possible Gross Annual Income:EUR including base salary complexity bonus meal and transport allowance
- Performance Bonus: 120 EUR per month 1440 EUR per annum
- Health Insurance: Provided since day 1 (free after 6 months)
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 20:00 (Rotational)
- Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 17:00
- Days off: 2 days Rotational
Key Responsibilities:
As a Technical Customer Support Specialist you will:
- Assist users with PreSales General Inquiries and technical support issues via phone email chat social media and messaging channels.
- Adapt communication style to match the brands voice across various channels including social media forums and ecommerce platforms.
- Handle customer complaints effectively escalating when necessary as per documented procedures.
- Respond promptly to customer requests and accurately document case information.
Qualifications:
- Native proficiency in German with formal speech and excellent writing skills.
- Proficiency in English (B2 level).
- Previous experience in technical customer support or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and empathetic skills.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with communication tools and customer support software.
