Job Description
Job Title: SEO Specialst
Location: Remote (Global)
Company: Pro Coffee Gear
Pro Coffee Gear a rapidly expanding ecommerce company specializing in coffee equipment is seeking a dedicated and proactive SEO Specialist to join our team. This remote role is integral to our companys growth and client satisfaction involving various businesscritical functions.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to & supported by the SEO Strategist & Junior SEO you will implement and help execute SEO strategy.
- Optimize website content metadata and internal linking to improve search engine rankings.
- Implement SEO best practices for product pages blog posts landing pages and other website content.
- Sourcing and creating outreach lists identifying guest post and link insertion candidates and finding contact info.
- Manual site analysis using tools like Ahrefs
- Perform regular website audits to identify technical SEO issues and ensure site health
- Work closely with the web development team to address and fix technical issues such as site speed mobile responsiveness and crawl errors
- Optimize website structure and schema markup to make sure we show for shopping snippets in the SERPs
- Track and report on key SEO metrics including organic traffic keyword rankings and conversion rates
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics Search Console SEMrush and Ahrefs to monitor SEO performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular updates and actionable insights to stakeholders on SEO efforts and their impact
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices algorithms and current trends. And willingness to learn.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics Google Search Console Ahrefs Surfer etc.
- Strong analytical research and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Ability to handle constructive feedback and radical transparency.
- Selfmotivated and able to work independently with a proactive approach to learning and staying current with industry changes.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with the coffee industry or a passion for coffee is a plus.
- Experience with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms.
- Understanding of content marketing and its role in SEO.
Bonus:
- Proven track record of improving organic search visibility and driving traffic growth.
