Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Partner Relationship Associate to join our team in Pune. This role is ideal for freshers eager to kickstart their career in relationship management and business development. You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with our existing partners and onboarding new ones playing a crucial role in the expansion of our partner network.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain Relationships: Build and sustain strong longlasting relationships with existing partners.
- Onboard New Partners: Identify potential partners and manage the onboarding process to expand our network.
- Support Partners: Address partner inquiries and provide timely solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate Internally: Work closely with internal teams to align partner needs with our services.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on partner activities feedback and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome. Prior experience is not required but can be considered if within the budget.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Other Requirements:
- Immediate availability to join.
- Willingness to work from our Pune office.
