Job Description
Job Title: Assistant Project Manager
Location: Trivandrum Kerala India
About the Employer: A leading player in the construction industry known for innovative project and client satisfaction.
Scope of the Job:
- Study work orders drawings and schedules.
- Take site measurements and mark utility points.
- Assign tasks to installation teams and coordinate subcontractors.
- Verify materials received against orders and maintain project updates.
- Build and maintain client relationships ensuring regular progress communication.
- Manage site inspections work schedules and payment collections.
- Oversee project handover and gather client feedback.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 02 years of experience in site engineering
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good client relationship management
- Cost management and critical thinking abilities
- Effective task management skills
