Job Description
We are Hiring Accounts Manager for leading FMCG Manufacturing industry!!
Location: Madurai
1. Financial Statement Preparation:
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements (balance sheet income statement cash flow).
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
2. Accounting Operations:
Supervise accounting staff and manage daily accounting tasks.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
3. Budgeting and Forecasting:
Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations.
4. Accounts Payable and Receivable:
Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
Ensure timely payment and collection.
5. Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels and valuation.
Implement inventory control measures.
6. Compliance and Audits:
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (tax labor laws).
Coordinate audits (internal/external) and implement recommendations.
7. Financial Analysis:
Analyze financial data to inform business decisions.
Provide insights on cost reduction and process improvement.
Requirements
Experience: 10 Years
Should have experience in
Financial statement preparation and analysis
Accounting operations and management
Budgeting and forecasting
Compliance and audit management
Financial modeling and analysis
Leadership and team management
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG Products. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
