Job Title: Recruitment Consultant (APAC Region)
Location: Delhi Sector 8

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and resultsoriented Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Delhi.
Job Description:
As a Recruitment Consultant at Rapsys Technologies you will be responsible for the endtoend recruitment process for various positions within our APAC operations. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and source top talent to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for a variety of roles across the APAC region.
- Source and screen candidates using a variety of methods including online job boards social media employee referrals and direct sourcing.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate and extend job offers to successful candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong network of candidates and industry contacts.
- Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in recruitment preferably in the IT or technology industry.
- Proven track record of success in sourcing and hiring top talent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
