Scrum / Agile Lead
We are seeking an experienced professional for our client in the insurance industry to join the Group Benefits Marketing team. In this role you ll help transition the team to Agile methodologies improve workflows and enhance collaboration. You will lead Agile ceremonies address roadblocks and drive marketing campaigns supporting product launches and improvements.
What is in it for you:
Hourly salary of $55.77 to $66.41 based on experience.
12month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Weekday schedule from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm with flexible options of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm or 8:30 am to 4:30 pm depending on preference.
Hybrid work: 3 office days from Tuesday to Thursday.

Responsibilities:
Lead and coach the scrum team on Agile principles to ensure highquality delivery of products and services.
Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups sprint reviews and retrospectives.
Coach the team on selforganization crossfunctional collaboration and effective communication.
Help the team identify and address roadblocks ensuring smooth delivery of projects and marketing campaigns.
Manage sprint backlogs project tasks and dependencies with other teams and stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive decisionmaking and align project objectives with business goals.
Create and execute impactful marketing campaigns to engage target audiences and drive product adoption.
Promote continuous improvement of Agile practices within the organization.
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelors degree (required).
At least 4 years of product or project development experience or 3 years on an Agile team or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira or similar.
Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at various levels of an organization.
Understanding of facilitation techniques.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel) Smartsheet and Mural.
Strong communication facilitation negotiation and coaching skills.
Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban) or traditional project management methodologies.
Familiarity with digital marketing trends and technologies including AI tools.
Marketing management experience (nicetohave).
Familiarity with AI tools (nicetohave).
Experience with SmartSheet (nicetohave).
