Job Description
HM Note: This hybrid role is three (3) days in office
Position Overview: and nbsp;We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with proven leadership capabilities and handson expertise in key testing tools. The ideal candidate will lead a team of approximately 10 testers while actively participating in handson testing activities. and nbsp;This role involves ensuring endtoend quality of applications across the entire portfolio.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the quality of the entire application development lifecycle from planning through delivery.
- Optimize resource allocation throughout the testing lifecycle to maximize efficiency.
- Plan manage and lead the design and execution of comprehensive test strategies including test plans and scenarios.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure test strategies align with project objectives.
- Establish proactive monitoring processes and create application health dashboards while maintaining focus on detailed execution.
- Provide actionable insights on testing and user stories during the development phase to ensure alignment with quality objectives.
- Leverage AI and automation tools to improve testing efficiency and team productivity.
- Lead mentor and coach the testing team to achieve deadlines and uphold quality standards.
Must Have Skills:
- Indepth understanding of the endtoend application development lifecycle including common pitfalls and areas for quality improvement.
- Strong expertise in identifying gaps in user stories and ensuring thorough followthrough with test management processes.
- Proven leadership experience managing a team of approximately 10 testers.
- Handson experience with both manual and automated testing tools particularly within serviceoriented architecture environments.
- Proficiency in SQL and database testing (including SQL Server Oracle MS Access).
- Strong project management skills with an emphasis on resource allocation and timeline management.
- Significant experience managing the quality of largescale complex technical portfolios.
- Proficient in unit testing coverage and its impact on the overall testing strategy.
- Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on collaboration and problemsolving abilities.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with using AI for enhancing software testing processes.
- Familiarity with Java Curam and Oracle database environments.
