Our client was established as a consultancy firm almost forty years ago and is now one of the leading advisory and tax firms in Malta servicing both local and international clients. The Company is now looking to expand its dynamic team of professionals within the Corporate division providing various services to private clients.
Tasks
The Associate Client Support Services will report to senior members within the same division. The selected candidate will be assisting the team with corporate clients requests. Although previous experience working in Corporate Services would be preferred the company will invest in and train up the right candidate so this is the perfect opportunity for anyone wishing to grow in the field.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the team with client requests in a timely manner;
- Assisting with clients onboarding process;
- Assisting with the opening/closure of bank accounts;
- Handling day to day duties required for the smooth running of the clients companies;
- Performing general corporate administration duties such as maintaining company registers;
- Drafting of resolutions and statutory documents;
- Maintaining an organised and structured client filing system together with the corporate assistant;
- Support senior staff with all matters relative to company incorporation and annual maintenance;
- Liaising with the Malta Business Registry and other relevant authorities.
- Attending client meetings with senior members of the team
Requirements
- Ideally hold a professional qualification or formal training in a relevant area of study
- A good understanding of Maltese company law would be an asset though not a necessity
- Some experience working within a similar role would be an asset though not a necessity
- Good interpersonal skills
- Flexible and cando attitude;
- Team player and willing to learn;
- Excellent communication and written skills in English;
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines;
- Good knowledge of MS Office including Word Excel and Powerpoint;
