Job Description
Job Role: Store Associates Cashiers Store Managers
Company: Indian Silk House
Job Location: Multiple locations in West Bengal Bihar Jharkhand and Odisha
Total No. of Open Positions: 100 (including 50 in West Bengal)
Key Responsibilities:
- Store Associates & Cashiers:
- Handling customer inquiries and assisting with product selection.
- Managing cash transactions billing and ensuring accurate cash handling.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Assisting in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Handling customer inquiries and assisting with product selection.
- Store Managers:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the store.
- Managing and training store staff to ensure high levels of customer service.
- Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring stock availability.
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues efficiently.
- Preparing sales reports and working towards achieving sales targets.
- Overseeing the daily operations of the store.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- For Store Associates & Cashiers:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements
Minimum Education: 10th pass
Age Limit: 1830 years
Gender: Both male and female candidates are eligible.
Duty Hours: 9 hours
Shift Timings:
- Morning Shift: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 11:00 AM 8:00 PM
Overtime: Not applicable
Interview Process:
- Mode: FacetoFace (F2F)
Benefits
- Freshers:per month. The salary may vary depending on the location.
- Experienced Candidates: Salary will be based on the last withdrawn salary with additional incentives.
Store Managers: - per month or as per the last withdrawn salary with additional incentives
