Job Description
- Fuel retail or convenience store industry
- Developing thought leadership and innovative thinking within convenience retail
- Possess process and technology experience in the following areas / capabilities:
- Site Operations back office and head office retail transformations
- Physical to Digital Retail Transformations (ECommerce)
- Customer Experience & Experience Design
- Store Optimisation
- Frictionless Customer Experience
- Experience in defining Strategy and transformation roadmaps
Our ideal candidate will be:
- Able to lead global/virtual teams to implement retail technology transformations
- Proactive with an entrepreneurial spirit and team player mindset and adept at engaging senior stakeholders
- An excellent communicator with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Able to audit existing ecosystem and suggest strategies for operational efficiency and thought leadership
- A selfstarter able to lead workshops work in matrix team structure and assume front end roles at client location
