- Maintaining machinesPerforming preventive maintenance troubleshooting issues and fixing broken down machines
- Maintaining safetyFollowing health and safety regulations verifying the functionality of safety features and ensuring a safe work environment
- Recording and reportingCreating and managing records of approved and defective units and creating and maintaining activity logs
- TrainingOverseeing the training of new or junior machine operators
- Monitoring and adjusting machinesMonitoring machine settings making adjustments as needed and performing regular inspections
- Feeding machinesSupplying raw materials or parts to semiautomated machines
