- Diagnose and solveEnd user IT tickets regarding hardware Applications software and network issues with in SLA
- Walking customers through installing applications and computer peripherals.
- Responsible for remote troubleshooting.
- Customizing desktop applications to meet user needs.
- Following up with clients to ensure their systems are functional.
- Resolving tickets analyzing customer reported information to identify problems and concerns.
Requirements
- Willing to work in a weekly 6 day working pattern.
- Perform daily health check Standby and support for Meeting Room s Audio & Video devices.
