Redian Software is looking for a business development representative in Cairo Exypt to work with us in North Africa market and help us in business development activities in the region. The ideal candidate will be a proactive selfstarter with a passion for sales and business development and a deep understanding of the regional market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in North Africa to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through various channels including networking cold calling and industry events.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients partners and industry stakeholders.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies tailored to the North African market.
- Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of Redian Software s products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends competitive landscape and customer needs.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales activities pipeline status and market feedback to help inform business strategy and decisionmaking.
Qualifications:
Experience: Demonstrated experience in business development sales or a related role preferably within the software or technology sector.
Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills excellent communication abilities and proficiency in both English and Arabic.
Market Knowledge: Indepth understanding of the North African market including key players market trends and business practices.
SelfStarter: Highly motivated and able to work independently with a resultsdriven mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales tools to track and manage sales processes.
