Primary Responsibilities:
- UI/UX Design: You will be responsible for information architecture design and management of UI/UX for web services. Knowledge of information design and design with consideration for usability along with component management for service maintenance will be required. You will also be responsible for coding PC/SP sites using HTML/CSS.
- App Design: You will handle information architecture and design for iOS/Android app UI/UX. The development team will be responsible for the actual implementation but you will need knowledge of apprelated topics such as Swift PWA Unity Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design. You may also be asked to adjust the design of screens incorporated in Unity.
Occasional Tasks:
- LP and Campaign Page Creation: This involves designing attractive pages to showcase content creating LP designs for promotional campaigns like April Fools and designing eyecatching visuals for discount campaigns.
- Website Development: Unlike LPs this involves creating small to mediumsized websites with subpages. These requests usually come up when launching new services or selfowned intellectual properties (IPs). It allows you to get involved in creating something from scratch.
Other Information:
When working on projects the specifications outlined by the director serve as a reference but you will be expected to adapt them to UI design while considering the overall site or specific UX needs. If necessary you may also need to adjust requirements and specifications.
Depending on the project you might work on information architecture and UI design based on materials personas and customer journey maps compiled by the UX research team.
According to your skills and preferences you might also be involved in mentoring junior designers and team management tasks.
Note: Some projects may involve adultoriented content.

- Remote work: You can choose to come to the office at least 3 times a week or be fully remote depending on the teams policy.
