Our client is a dynamic digital agency looking to expand their marketing team with a talented CRM Manager.
Tasks
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the central campaign calendar.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies.
- Monitor and analyse CRM metrics.
- Forecast CRM actions and analyse campaigns.
- Coordinate with multiple departments.
- Oversee customer segmentation and targeting.
- Manage CRM software and tools.
- Optimise customer journeys.
- Report on CRM performance and ROI.
- Identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Lead the CRM team and report to the Head of Lifecycle.
- Manage the CRM bonus budget to GGR
- KPI Ownership: bonus spent deposit actives casino and sports actives churn rate
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing and Communication or related
- 2 years of experience in a leading CRM role with KPI ownership
- Experience in CRM management.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Optimove Fasttrack and mass data automation strategies and logic.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities and the ability to give clear expectations to staff members
- Strong Excel/ Google Sheet Skills
