Were looking for a bright enthusiastic and highly motivated Account Manager to join the MoneyMatrix Account Management team in our Malta office in Sliema!
You will be part of the Account Management team your main responsibility being to build and maintain longterm relationships with MoneyMatrixs clients. As part of the clientfacing team you will be expected to gain an understanding of clients payment expectations and to be able to produce solutions for operational and commercial challenges that come up.In this role you will work closely with our Sales team and Technical Specialists as well as our other Account Managers.
Responsabilities:
- Upsell and crosssell new vendors and features towards existing customers.
- Prioritize and develop customer product/service requests.
- Deliver training to the customers on product functionalities and new features.
- Build longterm strategic cooperation with customers.
- Review customers portfolio and traffic to improve the services they have
- Solve customer needs in a proactive manner and search for development opportunities
- Attending industry events across Europe could be occasionally necessary.
- Coordinate with different departments to make sure customer expectations are met
- Permanently improve your knowledge about the Payments Industry and MoneyMatrix product.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience within account management inside ecommerce or payments is desirable
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Economics or related fields is nice to have
- General knowledge about payments the online industry marketing affiliates customer service payments content and development
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills
- Resultoriented and creative thinking
- Ability to multitask working on own initiative whilst being part of a fun team
- Thrive in a social environment and know how to create positive and longterm relationships
- Attention to details.
Work Life Balance:
- 40% work from home over any 3month period (can work one month per quarter abroad)
