Job Description
Industry: Finance
Location: Malta
Basis: Full time
Remuneration: Salary Benefits
Main Duties:
- Manage a client portfolio such that all client needs are dealt with in a timely manner
- Coach staff in dealing with complex and risk areas
- Perform technical reviews of audit work
- Manage the preparation of the engagement plan and ensure that appropriate resources are assigned
- Negotiate fees together with the partner and demonstrate commercial responsibility for each clients profitability
- Identify client business needs and assist partners in developing a tailored solution
- Conduct sales activities with existing client
- Continually develops staff through coaching and the conduct of regular and constructive appraisals
What skills do you need
- Are fully qualified
- Has previous experience in Audit managerial level 3 years in Audit Senior level
- Fluent in Maltese and English Maltese speaking is a must
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
