Job Description

On behalf of our client we are seeking a skilled and ambitious Legal and Compliance Manager to join their Legal and Compliance Department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on challenges is solutionsfocused and possesses a commercial mindset within a legal and/or compliance function ideally within the gambling or a related industry.

Tasks

Compliance Management:

  • Ensure regulatory compliance by staying informed on regulatory changes and industry standards
  • Develop update and enforce policies procedures and guidelines
  • Provide guidance and training across the business on compliance matters
  • Manage regulatory reporting and serve as a liaison with regulatory authorities

Licensing Oversight:

  • Handle gaming license applications and maintain compliance with licensing conditions in multiple jurisdictions
  • Foster and manage regulatory relationships to ensure ongoing license compliance

Supplier Relations:

  • Draft review and negotiate contracts with service providers and suppliers
  • Oversee systematic contract management to ensure compliance

Customer Management:

  • Maintain monitor and enforce compliant customer terms and conditions
  • Advise on customer complaints and disputes ensuring regulatory adherence

General Support:

  • Support various operational aspects of the company working closely with internal stakeholders
  • Oversee external legal services manage filing systems and streamline administrative procedures

Requirements

  • Qualified lawyer with experience in iGaming or a related industry
  • Strong organizational skills attention to detail and solutionoriented thinking
  • Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively across all business levels
  • Positive adaptable attitude with a commitment to continuous learning
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and a proactive cando approach
