      We aim to strengthen the quality management process and structure for product development thereby improving product quality.

      Specifically:

      • Collaborate with the QA team in the Philippines to establish a companywide quality management process.
      • Enhance testing strategies plans and cases.
      • Define quality evaluation methods to optimize the balance between quality and cost.

    Minimum Requirements

      • Experience in software quality management.
      • Development experience.

      • Proficiency in English or experience in offshore development.
      • Experience in test automation.
      • Knowledge and experience in security.
      • Insight and experience in improving performance and reliability.

    Employment system: Full time

    Location: HQ: Chiyodaku Tokyo

    • Remote work (up to 6 days per month)

    Annual Salary:JPY

    • The amount will be determined upon consultation taking experience and other factors into consideration.
    • Annual salary system (1/12 of the annual salary is paid monthly)
    • Overtime allowance is not provided for managerial/supervisory positions.
    • Annual salary renewal: Once a year (March)
    • Performance bonus: May be paid based on company performance and individual evaluation

    *Flexible working hours do not apply to those hired as managers and supervisors
