Overview:
The role of the US Recruiter is crucial in identifying attracting and hiring top talent to meet the organizations staffing needs. The recruiter will play a key role in executing the recruitment strategy and maintaining a highquality candidate pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards social media and professional networks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Manage fullcycle recruitment process including scheduling and coordinating interviews
- Utilize recruitment tools and software to streamline the hiring process
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process
- Conduct thorough reference and background checks
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment progress
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Manage multiple open positions and prioritize workload effectively
- Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
- Participate in recruitment events and career fairs
- Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Proven work experience as a recruiter or similar role
- Experience with fullcycle recruiting including sourcing and interviewing techniques
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and software such as applicant tracking systems
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively negotiate and close offers
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced highvolume recruitment environment
- Experience in candidate assessment and evaluation
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proactive and selfmotivated with a passion for talent acquisition
- Certification in Recruiting or Human Resources is a plus
- Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing is desirable
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
