Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently navigate recruitment portals and databases
- Conduct candidate screening and interviews
- Handle endtoend generalist recruitment tasks
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinate training and induction facilitated by the Operations Manager
Reporting to: Managing Director (MD)
Operations Oversight: The Operations Head manages the operational functions
