Viralchilly is proud to announce that we are expanding our team and looking for an enthusiastic selfmotivated HR Intern to join our dynamic workplace. As this is our inaugural role within the HR department we are seeking an individual who is ready to grow with us and help shape the future of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Learn and assist with job postings and candidate sourcing.
Screen potential candidates in line with company requirements.
Contribute to payroll management and leave administration.
Engage in employee relations and assist in coordinating HR initiatives.
Participate in the organization of company events and teambuilding activities.
The ideal candidate will:
Exhibit a foundational understanding of human resources principles.
. Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Show eagerness to learn and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Please note prior experience in HR is advantageous but not mandatory.
