Responsibilities :

  • Mandatory to have prior work experience in Staff Augmentation for technology clients.
  • RPO & BPO can apply
  • Conduct fullcycle recruitment from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating the offer process.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards social media networking etc.) to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the recruitment process.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment initiatives and employer branding strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors / Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2 years of proven handson experience in fulllifecycle tech recruitment.
  • Indepth understanding of technical skills and roles across software development IT engineering etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Resultsoriented adaptable and thriving in a fastpaced environment.
