Responsibilities :
- Mandatory to have prior work experience in Staff Augmentation for technology clients.
- RPO & BPO can apply
- Conduct fullcycle recruitment from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating the offer process.
- Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards social media networking etc.) to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the recruitment process.
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment initiatives and employer branding strategies.

Qualifications
- Bachelors / Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 2 years of proven handson experience in fulllifecycle tech recruitment.
- Indepth understanding of technical skills and roles across software development IT engineering etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Resultsoriented adaptable and thriving in a fastpaced environment.
