Job Description
This is a remote position.
Notice period serving January month

Scope of Responsibilities:
.
Develop Content ranging from user guides howto articles technical reference (API) concepts case studies white paper training material and help in curation of training videos
.
As part of the solution team you will work closely with the platform team to document new features & improve existing content
.
Conceptualize plan develop and write highquality content
.
Identify opportunities to improve quality usability and productivity
.
Gain an indepth understanding of customer asks through internal/external connects to drive innovative content development and delivery methods
Skills Required:
.
Prior experience as a technical writer for a technical automation software solution
.
Excellent command of the English language both in written & verbal formats
.
Quick learner and extraordinary attention to detail
.
Ability to learn about new technology and tools quickly
.
Basic knowledge of Software Development Processes SaaS and cloud
