Roles and Responsibility

As the Director/Lead Planner for the 4th Business Divisions projects you will be responsible for the core game design and overall project advancement.
Director Responsibilities:
- Creation of Game Design Documents (GDD) and defining game requirements.
- Establishing and ensuring adherence to project milestones and the overall schedule.
- Judging the quality of deliverables and ensuring quality assurance.
- Building and fostering a team development environment.
- Driving the development progress within the team.
Lead Planner Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the Director to solidify the backbone of the game content.
- Managing the work schedule of planners.
- Ensuring the quality of output from planners.
- Establishing the development framework and environment for planners.
- Coordinating with other section leaders to facilitate smooth team development.
Minimum Requirements
50
- English here
- Experience as a director or lead planner in teams of 50 or more members.
- Experience being involved from the project development phase to release.
- Experience designing and building core game systems.
Preferred Requirements
- English here
- Experience in development and operation of multiplayer games and online games.
- Practical experience in directing and project management for development at external studios.

Annual Salary:TBA JPY Based on experience ability and previous work experience
