Test Manager or Test Lead for Insurance company

- Understand detailed requirements design test cases prepare test data and execute the test cases with the objective of ensuring least defects within the client and project specifications
- Strong Bilingual resource with STLC experience Functional/System Integration Testing/ User Acceptence
- Testing Experience in Water fall & Agile methodology
- Life Science / Medical device tetsing knowledge is advantage
- Should have experience in End to End testing phase deliverables Requirement analysis Planning/ Estimations Test Design Test Execution Closure/Reports. Application Development /Maintenance/Support testing Metrics Delivery /Quality Reviews Process Implementation & Improvement Knowledge Management and Risk management
- Maintaining an expert level awareness of relevant software design techniques automation tools and processes development tools and processes providing leadership in the use of these across the organization area
:
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools such as manual testing automated testing
- Must to have Insurence industry experince
- Billingual JLPT N2 level skill set
- Good in communication and stakeholder management
