Chief Financial Officer Habitt
The Catalyst Group is looking to hire a Chief Financial Officer for its client International Brands Limited (IBL) a leading conglomerate with over 100 years of leadership in distribution marketing and manufacturing.

Habitt is the flagship brand of IBLs retail vertical a leading home decor and lifestyle brand that is part of the IBL Group of Companies..
Job Purpose:
The CFO will provide financial leadership for IBLs retail function primarily Habitt. The role involves overseeing the financial strategy planning and reporting for Habitt and other smaller retail brands. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in retail or consumerdriven businesses and will support the continued growth of IBLs retail operations.
Location: Head Office Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial operations for Habitt including accounting budgeting and financial reporting
- Provide financial leadership for other retail brands under the IBL umbrella ensuring smooth financial performance and compliance
- Ensure accurate analysis of financial data including sales trends and operational costs to drive profitability
- Develop financial strategies for sustainable growth and resource optimisation
- Oversee compliance with regulatory financial and tax laws
- Collaborate with senior leadership to support business expansion and operational growth
- Support the launch of new initiatives within Habitt and other retail brands.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Masters degree in Accounting Finance or Business or a Chartered Accountant qualification
- 710 years of experience preferably in retail or consumerdriven industries
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in budgeting forecasting and reporting
