- Managing Hotel Maintenance and Operations ie HVAC Generators Electrical System Hot Water Boiler & Fire Fighting Pump Conduct Regular Inspection of Equipment and System.
- Managing Maintenance Budget Develop and Implement Maintenance Schedule & Implement Preventive Maintenance Program. Identify potential issue and addressing them before they cause disruption R&M CAPEX Budgeting.
- Cost Effective and Timely procurement of required material and services. Project Management & Asset Management. Vendor Handling & Team Management.
- Emergency response & Ensure Compliance with safety policies & codes.
Qualifications:
- B Tech / BSc Electrical Eng.
- 8 to 10 years of Experience
