Job Description: Technical Customer Support Representative Serbian Speaker

Are you a native Serbian speaker with a passion for technology and customer service Were offering an exciting opportunity to join our team in a remote position based in Romania providing technical support to Croatianspeaking customers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone email and chat resolving issues related to products services and troubleshooting technical problems.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding product features setup and configurations.

  • Stay uptodate with the latest product updates and company policies to provide accurate and efficient support.
  • Meet performance goals including response times resolution rates and customer satisfaction metrics.
