Job Description

Overview


The Talent Acquisition Specialist at our Recruitment Consultancy plays a critical role in identifying attracting and hiring top talent for our clients. This individual will be responsible for managing the endtoend recruitment process building strong talent pipelines and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The role is essential in supporting our clients growth by sourcing the best candidates in the industry.

Key responsibilities


  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Source screen and interview candidates using a variety of innovative techniques
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage with top talent in the industry
  • Stay updated on latest trends best practices and market insights in talent acquisition
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve recruitment processes and procedures
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress
  • Contribute to employer branding and talent acquisition marketing initiatives

Required qualifications


  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in a recruitment consultancy or agency
  • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing techniques and best practices
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms including applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment
  • Sound understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
  • Professional certification in Human Resources or Recruitment is a plus
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets
