The Talent Acquisition Specialist at our Recruitment Consultancy plays a critical role in identifying attracting and hiring top talent for our clients. This individual will be responsible for managing the endtoend recruitment process building strong talent pipelines and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The role is essential in supporting our clients growth by sourcing the best candidates in the industry.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Source screen and interview candidates using a variety of innovative techniques
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage with top talent in the industry
- Stay updated on latest trends best practices and market insights in talent acquisition
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve recruitment processes and procedures
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress
- Contribute to employer branding and talent acquisition marketing initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in a recruitment consultancy or agency
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing techniques and best practices
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms including applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting
- Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment
- Sound understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
- Professional certification in Human Resources or Recruitment is a plus
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets
