Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and cold calling
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for penetrating new markets
- Conduct market research to identify trends competitors and new opportunities
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate and close business deals that meet the companys financial and strategic objectives
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential business opportunities
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Travel to meet clients and attend industry events as required
- Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
- Proven track record in business development sales or relevant field
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong sales and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of market research and analysis
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Sound understanding of business development strategies and techniques
