Overview:
The GenAISolution Lead plays a crucial role in leading and managing the development and implementation of AIpowered solutions in our organization. This role is vital for driving innovation and ensuring that our AI solutions align with business objectives while also staying at the forefront of technological advancements.
Key Responsibilities:
Experience: 15 years Core IT Solutions/Architecture/Design expertise specifically in AI GenAI
Skills Profile:
Primary: Handson Experience to all SDLC Phases
Solution Conceptualization
Expertise in Technical Design specifically in AI GenAI
Exposure to Technology Architecture specifically in Ai GenAI
Customer Liaison Experience
Presales Experience
Desirable: Research and Innovation inclination
Intellectual Property (IP) Creation and Filing
Good domain knowledge of at least one industry vertical
Technical: Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning Deep Learning Generative AI
Expertise on Java/JEE or Microsoft Stack
Languages Python C# Java PERL PHP
KnowHow: Trustworthy AI
HCI Distributed Large Scale Enterprise Architecture
Mobility Cloud Computing
Performance Scalability Availability Security Deployment
Awareness: Technology Trends and Advancements
Responsibility:
1. Opportunity identification for ValueAdd solution Create Point of View and Business case
2. Conceptualize / Design / Develop the AI GenAI solution
3. Team Building
4. Collaboration with relevant teams in TCS to enable solution delivery
Measures:
1. Number of solutions and the business value delivered
- Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering Data Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading AI solution development and implementation projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in AI technologies including machine learning natural language processing and computer vision.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python R or Java for AI development.
- Experience in project management and team leadership within AI or technologydriven environments.
- Excellent understanding of AI solution architecture design patterns and best practices.
- Ability to translate business requirements into AI solution designs and technical specifications.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex AI concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and external partners in AI solution development.
- Familiarity with AI platforms tools and frameworks such as TensorFlow PyTorch or Azure Machine Learning.
- Experience in performance optimization and scalability considerations for AI solutions.
- Knowledge of data privacy security and ethical considerations in AI solution development.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills in addressing AI solution challenges.
- Ability to stay updated on emerging AI technologies and trends through continuous learning and industry engagement.
- Certifications in AI machine learning or related fields are a plus.
