Job Description

A leading engineering consulting firm with a long history in the Southeast is looking to add a Project Engineer to their Atlanta team!


Responsibilities:

  • Client relationship management (lead meetings/presentations and serve as client liaison in architect/contractor meetings)
  • Assist with business development by engaging potential clients
  • Win new work from existing clients
  • Develop cost effective solutions that appeal to clients
  • Assist with developing feebased proposals and RFI responses
  • Perform/oversee existing facility analysis and site reviews
  • Prepare design calculations
  • Oversee preparation of construction documents review BIM and AutoCAD renderings and submittals
  • Ensure QA/QC standards are compliant and meet client expectations
  • May serve as Engineer of Record (EOR) for projects designed by others


Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering
  • Master s degree preferred
  • 7 years of related experience including project/client management experience
  • PE License
  • Experience using various software (Microsoft Office Bentley (RAM) products RISA EnerCalc Adapt Etabs ASFE SAP Tekla)
  • Ability to identify applicable codes in projectspecific jurisdictions and apply to projects


Salary is commensurate with experience.
