Our client is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to manage HR functions employee relations and training development. This role is crucial for fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring effective communication between staff and management while upholding HR policies and legal compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Develop recruitment strategies conduct interviews manage the full recruitment process and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns manage disciplinary actions facilitate development programs and represent the company in external dispute resolutions.
- Performance Management: Implement performance evaluation systems set KPIs conduct reviews and develop improvement plans.
- Policy Development: Update HR policies guide management on HR issues and ensure legal compliance.
- Learning & Development: Oversee maintenance and reliability initiatives manage budgets and supervise maintenance personnel.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 58 years of HR experience
- Experience with SAGE Payroll or Business Cloud Payroll Professional.
- Strong communication problemsolving and organizational skills.
