As a Drilling Fluids Tender Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Developing proposals, negotiating with customers, ensuring deals deliver shareholder value, and driving competitive pricing
• Compiling and submitting required tender documentation
• Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used
• Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.
• Handling important clients for a product line.
• Cooperating with technical colleagues to answer customer requests and discuss local conditions.
• Handling country or Large Territory

To be successful in this role you will:
• Have a bachelor degree in a relevant field
• Have minimum of 5 years of experience in Drilling fluids
• Have strong commercial background
• Have established project management skills
• Have the ability to analyze and resolve problems
• Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Have strong written and oral communication skills
