You will participate in all sales activities and work in line with the sales and marketing plan for the Corporate/MICE segments in order to exceed hotel revenue and targets. The scope of responsibility includes: promoting the hotel brand, contracting new business and maximizing revenue for the hotel. You are also in charge of establishing outstanding businesses relationships within local, domestic and international markets monitoring competitor activities and market intelligence attending travel functions and sales road shows and organizing sales trips to promote sales for the hotel. We will provide training that will equip you to be a confident Sales Manager who stands out in the market by achieving exceptional results
1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Set sales goals, budgets, and performance metrics for the sales team.
2. Team Leadership and Management:
Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to ensure high performance.
Assign sales territories and set individual performance objectives.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, strategies, and updates.
3. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Negotiate contracts, agreements, and pricing with clients.
4. Performance Monitoring:
Monitor sales performance through metrics such as revenue, conversions, and customer retention.
Generate and analyze sales reports to evaluate progress and identify areas for improvement.
Implement corrective actions when team members or sales strategies fall short of targets.
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field

A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a 5 star Hotel
Excellent communication skills
The ability to achieve sales targets and work in a highly pressurized environment
Passion to lead and a desire to succeed
Sales Expertise: In-depth knowledge of sales processes, techniques, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate, coach, and manage a team to achieve goals.
