Job Description

Skills:

Must have two years or more experience Press Brake machines: Amada Cincinnati Trumpf.

Possess a minimum of 2 years experience in set up operating or tending machines to saw cut shear slit punch crimp notch bend or straighten metal or plastic materials.

Must have experience with leading or supervising a team.
Hours: Monday thru Friday 6:00am2:30pm
Pay: $24/hr$28/hr based upon experience. $30/hr for allstar upon approval.
Responsibility for the following areas:
- Enforce policies and procedures according to corporate handbook.
- Lead the activities of employees engaged in the production or processing of goods such as inspectors machine setters and fabricators.
- Coordinate work schedules assignments and production sequences to meet production goals as determined by the supervisor.
- Inspect materials products or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
- Observe work and monitor gauges dials and other indicators to ensure that operators conform to production or processing standards.
- Conduct employee training in equipment operations or work and safety procedures.
- Interpret specifications blueprints job orders and company policies and procedures for workers.
- Read and analyze charts work orders production schedules and other records and reports to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs.
- Set up and adjust machines and equipment.
