Job Overview:
The Content Strategist & Social Media Analyst/SEO will develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that supports our marketing objectives and business goals. This role will be responsible for creating and managing content optimizing for SEO driving social media engagement and analyzing performance metrics to continually refine strategies.
Job Description:
Content Strategy Development: Plan and manage a content calendar conduct audience research and set guidelines for consistent tone and style.
Content Creation and Management: Oversee creation of various content types (blogs videos infographics) curate relevant thirdparty content and ensure content is errorfree and optimized for SEO.
SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research optimize onpage and technical SEO and build quality backlinks to improve search rankings.
Social Media Management: Develop and implement content distribution strategies manage posting schedules engage with the community and track brand mentions and trends.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor KPIs prepare performance reports and use data to refine content and marketing strategies.
Collaboration and Coordination: Work with internal teams and external partners provide training on best practices and ensure content supports broader business objectives.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends experiment with new content and SEO techniques and incorporate feedback to refine strategies.
Requirements
5 years of relevant experience
Content Creation and Copywriting:
- Strong Writing Skills: Demonstrated ability to produce clear engaging and persuasive content tailored to various audiences and platforms.
- Storytelling: Expertise in crafting compelling narratives that resonate with the target audience and align with brand messaging.
- Editing and Proofreading: Attention to detail in editing and proofreading content to ensure it is errorfree and consistent with brand guidelines.
SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
- Keyword Research: Proficiency in identifying and using relevant keywords to enhance content visibility and search rankings.
- OnPage SEO: Understanding of optimizing content structure meta tags headings and images for improved search engine performance.
- Technical SEO: Familiarity with website optimization techniques including site speed mobile optimization and indexing.
- Link Building: Knowledge of strategies to acquire quality backlinks to boost website authority and search rankings.
Social Media Management:
- Platform Proficiency: Expertise in managing major social media platforms such as Facebook Instagram LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Content Distribution: Ability to create and schedule platformoptimized posts.
- Engagement Tactics: Skills in engaging with followers responding to comments and building an online community.
- Social Listening: Capability to monitor brand mentions and industry trends to inform content and engagement strategies.
Analytical and Data Interpretation:
- Performance Tracking: Experience with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics SEMrush Hootsuite) to monitor content and social media performance.
- Data Analysis: Ability to interpret data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of content SEO and social media strategies.
- Reporting: Proficiency in creating detailed reports to highlight successes trends and areas for improvement.

- Google Ads: Experience in setting up managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns including understanding keyword research ad copywriting bid management and performance analysis using key metrics like CTR Quality Score conversion rate and CPC.
