About the job:
We are seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to assist our current SMM in creating and managing social media content across platforms. Experience working with a CRM is required to track and manage customer interactions and data.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand
- Working with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns
- Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts
- Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy
- Identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
- Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
- Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of previous experience
- Experience in working with a CRM
- Proficient in Social Media platforms like Facebook Instagram LinkedIn YouTube TikTok etc.
- Experience in Canva and Adobe Express
- Proficient in Microsoft Tools and Google Suite
- Has excellent communication skills
- Has great attention to detail
- Organizational Skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Requires minimal supervision
