We are looking for a skilled Level 2 IT Support Engineer to join our team in Istanbul. You will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting services. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Windows PC/laptop environments using Active Directory including the use of Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
- Provide support for Windows 710 Microsoft Office 365 and various enterpriselevel applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues ensuring all incidents are logged and managed through the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Handle mobile device management including iOS and Android devices as well as enterprise encryption solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure that SLAs are met and that highquality customer service is delivered.
- Be adaptable and ready to work offhours or weekends when required for projects or emergency support.
Requirements
What We re Looking For:
- A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or equivalent.
- Strong analytical troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding abilities.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a rapidly changing industry.
Location: This is an onsite position based in Mecidiyekoy Istanbul.
