Job Description
Be part of a team developing highly available scalable and secure Identity and Access Management services using the latest technologies including cloudready architecture the latest identity protocols and fraud/security prevention. Our UI and services are critical and used by millions of customers. We adopted agile processes to move fast. We consider our people the most important asset we take the growth of our engineers seriously. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational and technical background. The engineer will be directly responsible for design development testing maintenance and documentation of highquality software components.
We seek a skilled and experienced IT Specialist to join our dynamic team.
Tasks
- Track manage and maintain company IT equipment (e.g. laptops phones peripherals).
- Receive set up and distribute IT equipment to new recruits ensuring timely onboarding support.
- Provide onsite and remote technical assistance to employees resolving ITrelated issues.
- Occasionally travel within the city to various office locations to support technical needs.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets and their distribution across the company.
Requirements
- Graduate from Technical Departments (e.g. Computer Science Information Technology Engineering).
- B Drivers License: Ability to travel within the city as required.
- Proven experience as an IT Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of IT equipment hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with a diverse team.
