Position Title: Online Customer Support Coordinator
Department: Customer Service
Reports To: Customer Support Manager
Location: 100% Remote
Employment Type: Fulltime Entry Level

Job Overview:
In this fully remote position youll play a vital role in isting our diverse customer base worldwide. Your technical expertise will help customers with installation troubleing and guidance on our products and services. We value individuals who are committed to delivering outstanding support and creating positive customer experiences.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat promptly and professionally.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about our products and services.
  • Trouble customer issues effectively offering solutions and escalating complex problems as needed.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed.
  • Doent all customer interactions in our support system.
  • ist customers with server configurations and software applications.
  • Ensure successful installation and setup of new sites on servers.
  • Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely device delivery.
  • Identify areas for improvement in our customer support processes and help implement enhancements.
  • Generate reports on customer support metrics and yze data to spot trends.
  • Support training for new customer support staff and stay informed on product knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in IT Business Communications or a related field is preferred.
  • 02 years of experience in customer service or a support role.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication ss in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
  • Strong problemsolving ss and technical aptitude for server configurations and software applications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Customerfocused with a positive professional attitude.
  • Detailoriented and wellorganized.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours when needed.
