KRAs
Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are met throughout the organization.
Analyze data to identify trends and issues related to product quality.
Recommend and implement solutions to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
Provide training and support to team members on quality assurance processes and procedures.
Prepare reports and presentations on quality metrics and performance.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Knowledge of quality assurance standards and methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
