We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Quality Control Specialist to join our client team and work on a longterm project for one of the worlds leading IT companies. The client offers a portfolio of tools used widely within the IT industry and were involved in enhancing the quality of thirdparty applications integrated with their enterprise software. This role will involve close collaboration with an international distributed team providing vital feedback to global developers and ensuring the highest standards for application integration.
Responsibilities:
- Quality Control
Conduct thorough functional testing of web applications focusing on the clientside aspects of applications. - Collaborate with Global Developers
Communicate with developers worldwide to provide feedback and approve applications ensuring they meet integration requirements. - Customer Interaction
Serve as a clientfacing QC specialist representing the team professionally with strong communication and analytical skills. - Process Improvement
Participate actively in setting up new review processes contributing to innovative QC practices and problemsolving. - Stakeholder Collaboration
Work with both the customers development partners and our internal team to ensure highquality project outcomes.
Musthave Requirements:
- Experience:
- 5 years in Quality Control specifically with web applications.
- Proven experience in a distributed international team environment.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Web Technologies: HTML CSS XML JSON REST SOAP HTTP HTTPS.
- Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (Agile (Scrum & Kanban) Waterfall).
- Handson experience with Confluence and Jira.
- Communication and Analytical Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English (UpperIntermediate level or higher).
- Strong analytical and technical writing skills to convey insights to customers and team members.
- Demonstrated customerfacing communication abilities.
- ProblemSolving Abilities:
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills with the ability to troubleshoot conduct root cause analyses and drive effective solutions.
- Mindset:
- Selfmotivated responsible and curious about enterprise applications and QC processes.

At this moment the SoftServe team is working on nearly 50 different subprojects/products for this client. Our customer is a technically mature company with huge expertise and innovative approach widely using new technologies existing on the market.
On this project we are working with worldleading products that are selfhosted team collaboration solutions built for enterprise clients for software development and project management processes. The project aims to control the quality of third party applications that are integrated with companies products. Control is made on different verification levels. There are two interconnected levels of review and different requirements for each of them where SoftServe provides feedback for developers across the world and approves applications for further customer usage. We are now searching to expand our presence in India.
YOU ARE
Having solid experience and knowledge in the following technologies:
- 5 years working as a QC
- English Upperintermediate
- Knowledge of Web Technologies: HTML CSS XML JSON REST SOAP HTTP HTTPS;
- Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (Agile (Scrum & Kanban) Waterfall);
- Functional testing of client side of application;
- Good customerfacing communication skills
- Strong analytical & technical writing skills; must be able to efficiently & effectively communicate with customers and team members; requirements clarification and analysis
- Intelligence responsibility selfmotivation and curiosity about the enterprise applications
