1. Responsible for ensuring the quality of our products & procedures through regular inspection.
2. Responsible for implementation of quality control measures through identifying the areas for improvement.
3. Collaboration with operational teams cross quality teams to address the quality issues & drive continuous improvement in the process.
4. Adhere to the quality check parameters of the product and maintain relevant documents (OK / NOT OK) related to the process.
5. Handhold the ISO standard maintain relevant documents & audit for the function.
6. Performing the root cause analysis through relevant tools such as 8D 5 Why etc. and recommend the required improvements to the operational team.
7. Cocreate best practices to improve the quality of the final product and meet the customer requirements.
8. Incharge of timely calibration of the measuring instruments.
