telecaller also known as a telemarketer or telesales representative makes outbound calls to potential customers and handles inbound calls from existing customers. They are responsible for generating sales and building customer relationships.

Make calls: Make cold calls to potential customers and existing customers
Build relationships: Build rapport with potential clients and foster relationships with existing clients
Present products: Present company products and services to potential customers
Resolve issues: Resolve customer concerns and issues
Collect data: Collect data on customer feedback and relay it to relevant departments
Maintain records: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers
Make reports: Make reports and documentation based on conversations with customers
Follow guidelines: Adhere to organizational guidelines and methodology
