Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Advisor for our clients Collections department!
In this outbound role youll primarily reach out to customers who are behind on payments helping them find solutions or setting up longterm plans. Youll also handle some incoming calls and related administration. Were looking for someone who enjoys customer interactions and sees each call as an opportunity to assist.
Working in Collections offers growth opportunities allowing you to develop your communication and problemsolving skills as well as gain valuable knowledge in credit and risk management.
About the role
Your role will involve providing professional service tailored to each unique situation by:
- Handling customer issues related to overdue payments over the phone.
- Performing related administrative tasks.
- Collaborating with internal teams.
Practical Information:
Start Date: SeptemberOctober
Location: Stockholm Torsplan
Employment Type: Ongoing with a 6month probationary period
Work Hours: 7:3016:00
Salary: Fixed
About you
To excel this role your personal qualities are essential. We are looking for someone who is communicative and empathetic enjoys working towards results and is flexible.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in customer service preferably over the phone.
- Speaks Finnish and English fluently.
Its a plus if you also:
- Speak Swedish.
- Have experience in precollection or collection.
