Customer Success Manager
Thats why were expanding our Customer Success department and looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team focusing on the North Europe area who speaks Dutch and English ( If you can speak any other languages). Our goal is to create happy users by providing the most satisfying experience possible. We are on a mission to achieve this and are searching for individuals who are passionate about delivering a worldclass experience to our customers and users .
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Implement and onboard new customers
- Help our customers use Teamtailor at its full potential with everything from integrations in our marketplace and best practices to training opportunities
- Work as a strategical advisor & goaloriented for our customers
- Work proactively with renewals
- Build strong relationships
- Find new business opportunities with our existing portfolio customers in the form of expansion sales upselling/crossselling
- Track customers accounts to identify churn risk and work actively to prevent that risk
- Collect and analyze customers feedback and present it internally
- Together develop and improve ways of working with customer satisfaction.

Is this you
- Experience in SaaS HR/Recruitment or Customer Success is preferred
- Proven experience in project management
- Good communication and listening skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Strong adaptability to changes in a fastpaced environment
- Negotiation skills for managing commercial aspects of the role
- Engaged creative and solutionoriented mindset
- Willingness to learn and explore new ideas
- Fluency in Dutch and English &
- Bachelors or masters degree is a plus
